Ohio Tax Exemption

To avoid being charged sales tax Ohio based resellers and distributors must complete and return the Ohio State sales tax exemption form (See link below). If this form is not provided, we will be unable to process your order until it is received. This form is required for all Ohio based reseller/integrator ship-to addresses. Download now and email or fax along with your first order. This needs to be completed annually for each account.
